Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for DoneSprint Pro subscriptions.

Who can request a refund

If you are not satisfied with DoneSprint Pro, you can request a refund for your first subscription payment.

Refund window

Refund requests for the first Pro payment must be sent within 14 days of the payment date.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period starts, unless required by law.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, Pro access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
